How far in advance should we book the band?
We recommend booking your band at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding seasons. However, we’re happy to discuss last-minute bookings if your event is coming up soon!
Do you provide your own sound equipment?
Yes, we provide high-quality sound equipment for both small and large venues. Our team handles the setup, soundcheck, and operation throughout the event. If you book our DJ Service, the system will already be set up! If your venue has specific requirements, let us know, and we’ll be happy to coordinate.
do you charge for travel expenses?
We include travel costs within a certain radius of our location (Galway). While we are happy to travel all over the country, for events further away, we may charge a travel fee to cover transportation and accommodations, depending on the distance. We'll provide a clear breakdown of any additional charges when we discuss your booking.
what is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a clear cancellation policy outlined in our contract, which includes refunds on deposits under certain conditions.
